Our Intellistage risers have cleverly used the strength of multiple triangles in their design to allow for unprecedented weight distribution. This original design enables the unit to support up to 750kgs per sqm when connected to an Intellistage stage platform. This is one of the highest load ratings in the industry.

WEIGHT.

How much weight can an Intellistage platform support?

Intellistage platforms are capable of supporting 757 kgs per sqm. The total weight a platform can support ultimately depends on the platforms overall size.

HEIGHT.

How tall are Intellistage risers and what is the maximum safe stage height setup?

Intellistage risers are offered in 20cm, 30cm, 40cm, 60cm and 80cm. Intellistage risers can be double stacked to increase the stage height through the use of our ISREK hardware. The max height that an Intellistage system can be setup is 160cm.

Note: The finished height of the stage will be 3cm higher (stage riser height + 3cm stage platform)

ADJUSTMENT?

Are riser heights adjustable?

Riser heights are not adjustable. However, risers are interchangeable meaning a single platform could be placed on either an 8″ riser or a 32″ riser. Risers can also be stacked on top of each other to increase their height (up to two risers) through the use of ISREK hardware.

CONNECTION.

How are platforms locked or secured to risers?

Intellistage platforms lock to risers at platform corners through the use of an Allen key that is provided with each platform.

Assembly 101!

Getting your stage system up and running has never been easier than this. You are literally minutes away from having a sturdy, professional presentation platform.

  1. Expand riser completely.
  2. Properly align platform and place onto riser. Verify that all riser to platform connection points and corner locking mechanisms are properly aligned in their platform hole.
  3. Lock platform to riser by turning the corner locking screws clockwise with the included Allen key.
